Jane Tudge

Jane studied Fine Art at Hereford College of Arts where she gained a first class degree in 2006, and won five awards during her time there. Since then she has exhibited in group and solo shows throughout the UK.

Her work is in the collection of The Women’s Library at London Metropolitan University and in national and international private collections.

‘My work is concerned with memory: exploring how it works; documenting and preserving memories; as well as making images that might evoke memories.

Materials are very important to my practice, and I choose intuitively what I am going to use for each work, enjoying experimenting and learning to understand the inherent qualities of the medium.
